Atty. Juan Paulo A. Porciuncula is a legal professional whose career stands at a rare intersection: active law enforcement officer and licensed attorney. After graduating Top 4 of his class at the Philippine National Police Academy in 2017, he entered government service with the Bureau of Jail Management and Penology (BJMP), where he continues to serve today.
While serving full-time as a BJMP officer, he pursued and completed his Juris Doctor at Bulacan State University in 2024 — then passed the Philippine Bar Examination in 2025. His firsthand experience inside the correctional and justice system gives his clients a perspective and strategic depth that sets him apart.
